Need + Capacity = Budget -> Impact!
2008/2009 Planning Process
Everything we do should lead us towards meeting the needs of our customers. It is vital to the success of our organization, as well as to creating an accurate and fair budget, that we understand both the needs that exist, and what our capacity is to meet those needs. Our goal is to use the 2008/09 Planning Process to determine how to best meet the needs of Washtenaw County. Through staff and community engagement we have now compiled the 2008/09 Adopted Budget.
