Programs; authorizing the adjustments to public health fees;
authorizing position modifications; amending the 2008-2009 public
health budget; and adopting new job descriptions

the Brownfield Plan for Washtenaw County approving tax increment
financing for the 2800 Jackson Brownfield Redevelopment Project in
the City of Ann Arbor
3. Resolution to adopt the proposed amendment to
the Brownfield Plan for Washtenaw County approving tax increment
financing for the Maple Shoppes Brownfield Redevelopment Project in
the City of Ann Arbor
4. Resolution to adopt the proposed amendment to
the Brownfield Plan for Washtenaw County approving tax increment
financing and eligibility for Michigan Business Tax credit incentives
for the 601 Forest, LLC-Green Urban Living Brownfield Redevelopment
Project in the City of Ann Arbor
5. Resolution authorizing the application to the
Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth for the 2009
Remonumentation Program in the amount of $104,699; appointing a County
Grant Administrator and County Representative; authorizing the Grant
Administrator to sign the Notice of Grant Award; amending the budget
and authorizing the Administrator to sign the delegate
contracts
6. Resolution ratifying the County
Administrators signature on an application to the United States
Environmental Protection Agency for a Brownfields Community-Wide
Hazardous and Petroleum Substances Assessment Grant
7. Resolution authorizing the Chair of the
Boards signature on a lease with State Street Enterprises, L.L.C., for
space located at 2051 South State Street Suite 1, Ann Arbor, Michigan
48104 and Washtenaw County for the Community Support and Treatment
Services Department for the period of thirty six months from January 1,
2009 to December 31, 2011
8. Resolution authorizing the Administrator to
sign the Washtenaw Educational Telecommunications System Consortium
Agreement for the period of five years with the option to
renew
