Is your company looking for a new employee or adding a number of new positions? etcs-Michigan Works! helps employers find qualified workers, learn about customized training programs and identify opportunities for receiving training incentives.

Services include:

  • Assistance in finding qualified workers  Corporate Photo2

  • Interview facilities at the MichiganWorks! Service Center
  • Information on customized training programs
  • Information on labor markets, workplace accommodations, and tax credits for new hires
  • Training incentives such as on-the-job training programs (based on worker eligibility)

etcs works closely with the State of Michigan's Economic Development agency, the Michigan Economic Development Corporation

A Talent Enhancement Director, working with etcs and Ann Arbor SPARK, helps high-tech companies locate specialized employees.  Ann Arbor SPARK is a key workforce and community economic development partner of etcs.
