Community Success Process

Process LogoOver the next ten months, a group of community leaders will gather together to develop a long-range strategy for community success in our region.  A Success Strategy is a vision, story and plan of action to ensure that the Ann Arbor Region has sustained economic growth and maintains a high quality of living over the next 10 years.

Without a vision and plan of action for future success, we will continue to face economic and quality of living challenges. Some of these challenges include declining economic performance relative to other areas in the country; difficulty in retaining and attracting talent needed in today’s innovation economy; and lack of sustained funding for arts, culture and social needs.
