Border to Border Trail Survey
Washtenaw County's Border to Border (B2B) trail is a 35 mile
long non-motorized trail following the Huron River through the county.
The trail connects a variety of destinations, including the cities of Ann
Arbor and Ypsilanti, their univeristy campuses and miles of trail through
parkland such as Gallup. Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation,
Planning and Environment and Public Health Departments are working with MSU
to complete a trail usage survey of the B2B. Gathering data on trail
usage and demonstrating how the existing trails benefit the community
will increase the ability to leverage available funding to
complete planned segments of the trail. Volunteers are needed to
help survey trail users.
