The Washtenaw County Health Improvement Plan welcomes all Washtenaw County residents and agencies to be involved. You, and members of your organization, may be simply interested in attending and networking at our bi-monthly Community Health Committee (CHC) lunchtime meeting. Or, you may like to become more involved in steering the work of the Implementation or Coordinating committees.
