You must apply in person to enroll in WHP Plan B

- Currently without access to affordable health insurance
- Not eligible for another insurance program (other than Medicaid Spend-down or Emergency-Only Medicaid
- What you need to apply for Plan B:

- Proof of Income
- Proof of Residency
- Information about liquid assets over $5,000 (not including car and/or home)

PLAN A (Closed to new applicants until further notice)
To apply for Plan A (also known as the Adult Benefit Waiver) you must complete an application and submit it either in person or mail to: Department of Human Services, 22 Center Street, Ypsilanti, MI 48198. Click here for more information on Plan A.
