Register of Deeds Document Search & Retrieval
Important Notice
Effective Tuesday, April 1, 2008 our Register of Deeds Document Search and Retrieval service will be shifted to a system provided by Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (ACS). Users will be automatically redirected to the ACS "landaccess" page after April 1.
The ACS system will provide access to records going back to 1969 versus the current system's records that go back to 1985. The revised service also offers flexibility in searching by grantor or grantee name, parcel number, transaction date range, and transaction type.
The ACS system will be available to one-time and monthly users, and homeowners will be able to use our free "Fraud Check" service to see any recent transactions affecting their real property. Monthly account users of the current system will be able to pay their final bill online and any unpaid balances will be turned over to the County's Account Receivables department for collection.
