NOTICE - These specifications are provided only for information. The official packet may contain addendum, attachments and/or drawings that are not shown here. If you wish to receive addendums, attachments and/or drawings to online bids, you must contact the Purchasing Division. You may request additional information online by selecting "Notify"  in the open bids section, by email to onlinebids@ewashtenaw.org , via fax (734) 222-6764, phone (734) 222-6760 or pick up an offical packet at Washtenaw County Purchasing Department, Washtenaw County Administration Building, 220 North Main, Room B35, Ann Arbor, MI  48107.

You must provide your company name, complete mailing address, contact person, telephone, fax number and your e-mail address.  Please specify both the bid/RFP number and description.

Bids/Proposals will be publicly opened by the Washtenaw County Purchasing Division on the date and time specified in the column titled " Opening Date & Time " for each individual bid.

LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE OPENED. FAXED RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. E-MAILS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

After the public opening, bid/proposals will be available for review after being awarded by Purchasing staff. For your convenience you may also review the status of open bids in the link titled Bid Status .
